The pineapple taste is actually quite pleasant — not too artificial — and after three days I noticed my ankles were less puffy by evening. It mixes easily in water and I feel a bit lighter overall.

The drenante effect was noticeable by the end of the first week, especially around my ankles after long workdays. I mix it with cold water after lunch and the pineapple taste is clean without that chalky aftertaste some liquid supplements have.

I've been drinking this every morning for two weeks and my legs feel noticeably less puffy by evening. The pineapple taste is light, not syrupy, so it goes down easy even on an empty stomach.
